Please fill out each required section in the booking form with as much detail as possible. A current picture of your hair & a reference picture must be included if you are wanting a color change. If the form is not filled out properly we cannot guarantee a response. Same week appointments are not guaranteed.

Cancellations accepted up to 48 hours before the service. Within 24 hours, cancellations will be charged 50% of the scheduled cost. No call no shows will be charged 100% of the service.
